Cryogenic machines with projection of plastic particles:

Cryogenic deburring machine with rotating horizontal drum, cleaning by projection of plastic particles.

Non-abrasive polymer particles are sprayed evenly onto parts using a variable speed turbine. The surface of the parts is not damaged. The projection is carried out directly on the pieces through a hole made in the drum. The pitch of the turbine blades is optimized to allow for maximum impact kinetic energy.

The rotating drum rotates on a rail-mounted horizontal axis allowing complete and easy loading/unloading. The barrel is made of perforated stainless steel that ensures the evacuation of particles.

​It is suitable for deburring parts made of rubber, silicone or other similar material. The cooling of pieces and the deburring is carried out by means of the injection of liquid nitrogen inside an insulated cooling room, using a cryogenic valve.

At the end of the deburring cycle the parts are discharged onto a vibrating screen to separate the clean parts.

Loading capacity: from 6 to 8 Liters up to a maximum of 20 Liters.

. Recycling speed : from 900 to 1400 RPM adjustable.

. Turbine speed: 3000 to 7000 RPM adjustable.

 

We also propose BARREL DEBURRING MACHINES of various volumes from 180 liters to 1000 liters, with automatic feeding, automatic emptying, vibrating screen, metal ball separation and ball recovery system.

It is a machine that operates under liquid nitrogen.
The barrel is octagonal in shape, double chambered in insulated stainless steel.
The rotation of the barrel is adjustable from 5 rpm to 45 rpm, it is controlled by a digital speed variator.
Nitrogen injection is controlled by an electric valve designed for cryogenic applications.
The 5 versions available are: 180, 240, 400, 600 and 1000 liters.
For all versions it is possible to supply only the machine and also the vibrating screen to separate clean parts from waste. A PLC can be incorporated to manage all the parameters of the machine.
